A picture is worth a thousand words. We have created some pdfs tutorials showing common tasks.

Number of the copy of a document

Post by eozturk »

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are currently using PDF-XChange 2012. Is there any possibility to ask or define the number of copies of a document while sending to PDF printer.

Many thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Emin

Hi Emin,

Thanks for the post - this is something that is normally determined by the application sending the print job to the printer. Also, this is not a valid option when printing to virtual printers that convert to a different file type, as it creates a file that can be copied from explorer. If multiple copies were sent, multiple names would be needed.

If you create the PDF file, you can then use any PDF viewer/editor to print multiple copies to a physical printer.

Cheers,
If posting files to this forum, you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded.
Thank you.

Best regards
