Unable to view full Acrobat PDFMaker Document

Post by benefit commerce group »

Hello, I'm having an issue where we are being forced to open some documents in Adobe as XChange Editor is unable to view them in their entirety.

I apologize as I'm not sure exactly what type of document to call it, but it's a dynamic document that adds or subtracts pages as you go, depending on your fillable selections.

In XChange, all we can see is the first page, forcing us to use Adobe. I look at the Document Properties and all I can figure is that it was made in Acrobat PDFMaker 10.1 for PowerPoint.

If possible, how do I enable the extra pages in one of these dynamic packets?

Thank you!

Is it possible to post here such a PDF document?

In case if there is confidential content in the document, then you can better send it - attached to an e-mail - to support@pdf-xchange.com with a reference to this topic.

Best regards.

Thanks! I've submitted the document to the email.

A little more detail: An "Attachments" window opens up on the left side of Adobe. Clicking on the attachments opens up the additional "pages" within the kit, in separate tabs in Adobe.

Edit: Chris assisted me with locating the Attachments pane. Thank you!
