Hi,
I'm evaluating PDF-XChage Editor. I opened a PDF document and I find that all the "edit" buttons in the toolbar are disabled.
Is it necessary to put the tool into edit mode? How is that done?
- Chris
Edit buttons (like "Edit Content") are insensitive in toolbar

Re: Edit buttons (like "Edit Content") are insensitive in toolbar
Hello Chris,
Welcome to our forums.
Please make sure that the file is not security protected - as if it is - tools that do not comply with the restrictions inside the file will be deactivated.
Also as you are evaluating our Editor - I presume this is still without a license.
Please go to Edit -> Preferences -> Registration - and make sure that the check box in front of "Hide restricted Pro features" is NOT ticked.
With that option off - you will be able to test all the licensed features. The drawback is that any file modified will get "DEMO" stamps in the corners - so make sure to only test with files you have backed up!
Regards,
Stefan
