Hi,
when i highlight a word in a pdf file i can summarize my comments. But unfortunately it only summarizes that i've highlighted some words but not what words i've summarized. This is not very useful for me.
So i wonder if there is a way to summarize the highlighted content of a pdf file.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards
Sariel

Hello Sariel,
Please make sure that you have this option checked: And the summary should then work much better.

Stefan

Is there a way to do this for already highlighted comments?

Re: Summarize highlighted content
Hello Sariel,
Unfortunately no - you will need to redo them.
You can however use the advanced search (Ctlr-Shift-F) - ti find your desired terms, and then apply a new permanent highlight on them (this will also copy the content) - hopefully this will speed up the process a bit!
Cheers,
Stefan
