Combine in PDF-XChange Editor drops file

Hi!

After latest update, when using "Combine in PDF-XChange Editor" in Windows Explorer right-click menu, one of the selected files does not show up in the dialog box. No matter how many files I combine, one is always missing. When combining in the program it works fine.

indeed this is a known issue in the V7 release and we have fixed it for the next release, 7.0.323.1 to be released very soon.
