We're using the PRO Version of the Viewer. We do get signed invoices that we can't open with the Viewer. In Acrobat Viewer X we're able to open it without any problem. Acrobat says: PDF/A standard PDF. And it tries to check signature online.
Any idea how to open this PDF with PDF Viewer? If needed I can provide one of this invoices, but don't want to post it here.

Hello C Gasser,
Welcome to our forums. First please make sure that you have the latest builds of the Viewer (2.5.210) and the Editor (3.0.302). Go to Help -> About to check the build number.
If you do and this problem still persists then please archive and attach a sample file to this topic, or if the file is sensitive - send it to support@pdf-xchange.com with a link back to this topic as we would like to take a look.
Regards,
Stefan

Re: Signed PDF can't be opened
Hello Christoph,
Thanks for the sample.
This is actually a PDF portfolio.
The Viewer will not show the files the same way Adobe would - but you can still see all files in a portfolio from the attachment pane:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... nge-Viewer
The PDF-X Editor will show a side pane with all documents in the portfolio, but for now can't display the actual files included in the portfolio and this is coming in a future build.
Best,
Stefan
