Hello,
we have a license for the PDF Editor SDK. Where it belongs the ie plugin? Is this only a component of end user version of PDF Editor? How can i use ie plugin as developer?

Yes - the IE plug in is available for the end user versions only. The SDK should be used for integration with your own project and not be provide general PDF viewing capabilities to your users.
