We use an online based engineering change program. That we use to print updates... We upload PDF copies of the files to the online program. I was running Windows 7 PRO with PDFXCHANGE Version 2.5 (Build 212.0). With this version I didn't have any problems. Now I have a new computer at work running Windows 10 PRO and PDF-XCHange Editor Version: 6.0 (Build 322.4). Now I can't upload PDF files to the program. What could be the issue? Can I roll back to the version that worked?
Thanks,
kurt

Re: PDF uploading
Hello Kurt,
Welcome to our forums.
You say that you were "uploading" the files to the program - can you please explain exactly how this upload worked?
And what happens with the Editor now - do you get any error messages, or just nothing happens?
If you can provide some screenshots illustrating the process - that would be great!
Regards,
Stefan

Re: PDF uploading
I take the saved PDF and drag and drop it in the grey box on the website.
I can also click on the "choose files" button and browse for the file.
I don't know if you can get this. If not let me know.
I used Power Point mix to capture a video of what it's doing.
Click on the link
click download, open with powerpoint
Click on the slide and a play button appears in the bottom corner

Hello zuf4,
Does this happen with all PDF documents? Please try this with a document that has not be modified or saved using our software such as the one attached below.
Thank you!

Re: PDF uploading
Yes it happens with all PDF's even the one you asked me to try.
FYI my co-worker has the same software and it works fine for him.

Hello Zuf4,
Sounds like the problem is specific to your machine.
I noticed that in the first post you said you are using build 322.4. This is not the current latest - so can you please try to uninstall all our products, reboot, and then download the latest version and do a fresh install with it:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/downloads
And let us kow if that helps with the problem?
Cheers,
Stefan

Re: PDF uploading
I updated and I'm running Version 6.0 build 322.7. I will try re-installing as you suggested and see what that does.
