Hello everyone. One of my users is facing an issue where their preview pane in explorer doesn't allow them to zoom on the pdfs. On my machine I can zoom and move freely in the preview. "Show preview handlers in preview pane" is on in explorer settings. Xchange is set as default app for pdf's too. I'm kind of clueless as what I should do now to help them. Any feedback is appreciated! If you need more specific info I'll be happy to provide
In attachments I've sent how it looks for me. My user doesn't have the bar at the bottom.
No IE plugin in explorer to use for preview pane
