Hello,
a customer admin wants to update the stamp files on several machines.
He realized that the stamp file is locked, as long our application with the pdf editor is running.
Is there a way that the stamp file is opened in read only mode without locking the file?
best regards
Stephan

Re: Locked Stamp file
Hello SHartmann,
We would lock the stamp collection files when the Editor is running, as there are tools inside the Editor that allow you to e.g. add new stamps to a collection or delete existing ones.
So pushing a new stamp collection can be done e.g. after the normal working hours for users - or scheduled to e.g. be pushed on their next log on when they would not have the Editor started?
This KB article explains how our stamp collections work and how they can be distributed:

Kind regards,
