Update to 10.2.0.384
Hello,
after this update windows Security has an alert for the file 'Convagent!pz' and quarantined the file.
(file: C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange Standard\pdfSaver.exe)
Is this a known problem?

thanks for this. Can you tell us which file you used? Was it the MSI, EXE? Initial checks here show the files as OK so I am keen to know the exact file name of the one that you see reports this.

We are investigating this. The results are inconsistent, identical files in different instances producing different results from Windows Defender.
We are confident the files are clean and this is a false positive by Windows Defender.
We continue to look for the cause of these false positives.

Can you please try to download and install our products (including the printer drivers) manually from our website:

I suspect the issue that we had with windows defender yesterday might have affected more than just the Editor on your end.
