Forms Text Box Copy

Simple form used get a sign-off by the client at various retail locations.

The concept is that the tech fills out the form, prints it, and then has the client sign. The form is two pages and I'm wondering if the text boxes for the client location on the first page can be filled in automatically on the second page so if the two pages are separated, they can be put back together. Ideally in the footer of the second page.

Hello Adam444,

You can create more than one widget for the same form field.
So you can e.g. make two copies of the signature field, and when the person who needs to signs that signs either of the two copies of the signature field - both will be populated at the same time.

To copy a signature field - place an empty one on any page, then while holding down the Ctrl key click and drag a copy of the widget to a new location. E.g. on the below image if I sign either of the two "Signature1" copies - both will get signed:
