Width and border setting for pencil tool "highlighter"-like

Since the text and toggle (regardless if you disable the text) don't look the same in the format and custom (Pen) tab, you can't fit 3 of these on top of each other in a custom tab like you can in the format tab

Just a small detail I thought I'd share. It's not a big deal, but if it is something that makes sense to fix, why not?

(border width, border style, and line width profiles are the culprits

Until the shape is implemented, I will just use either rectangles or lines with multiply blend mode
