Dear Tracker Software,
Over past weekend, powerpoint would not operate properly for first time. Problems with MS powerpoint continued today. Finally dialog box popped up saying pdt-exchange office.com plug in error.
I opened powerpoint and disable this option and powerpoint now opens properly so assuming dialog box
error is correct.
I have version 4.0.162.0 9/11/09 on GM issued corporate laptop. How can I update software to fix error, assuming file was corrupted during powerpoint document creation from past weekend?
Please advise.

Could you please uninstall the current version you have as it is a bit old, restart your laptop after the uninstallation, then download and install the latest version from our Website: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/downloads/users/
Also please tell us which version of MS Office are you using?
