Logo Appearing

Occasionally when printing in rapid succession from the SDK the unregistered logo is appearing at the top of the converted PDF. Is this a known issue or could I be doing something wrong? The code always executes in the same path.

Hi,

without seeing your code its hard to say if you are doing something wrong or not - I assume you have embedded your serial number and developer codes in your app code and recompiled you application ?

Assuming this to be case - please send us a small example app that displays the issue and advise what Windows OS is in use.

Please do not post here - but send by email with a link back to this forum post and zip all files sent, we need both source code and a complete compiled project with any supporting dll's/files required etc to allow us to run locally and reproduce the issue.

Hi Jabaran,

this has been addressed in the V5 SDK. It will be released on the 18th of this month. Please test when it is available and let us know how that goes.
