Hello Tracker,
Please take a look at attached image file. Can you please tell us why we are seeing this message. It seems program errors out on AxCoPDFXCView.GetActiveDocumentID(Int ID). This happens on intermittent bases. Please let us know if you need anything else form our side.

Can you please advise the build being used/Windows version and also note this has been moved to the correct forum as I assume this relates to the Viewer SDK and not the Printer drivers themselves ...
