Does PDF -Exchange Pro allow for export to MS Word

I suspect I'm barking up the wrong tree here but........

What I want to do is to be able to scan documents, save as a PDF and then be able to export the PDF to MS Word 2010 for editing.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance,

PedroUK

Hi Pedro,

Thanks for the post! This can be done with PDF-Tools - you could scan the document to PDF with either PDF-Tools or the Viewer, then use PDF-Tools to convert the PDF file to a .doc file.
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/pdf-tools

I should warn you though, this is only for simple PDF files - if you have a more complex file that contains a table or special formatting, then I would suggest trying Abbeyy PDF Transformer, which licenses our technology and can be pretty powerful for complex, PDF to .dox/.docx conversions.

Thanks, hope that helps!

Many thanks, Will, for your very helpful suggestion, as many of the documents will indeed have complex formats.
Best regards
Pedro

Glad we could help Pedro,

And still - do give our products a try to see if they suit your needs :)
(You can trial any of our products and the only limitation is the "DEMO" stamps that would be added to any PDF document created.)

Best,
Stefan
