Hi,

I created a MS Office form document with the webtools and I generated a PDF document from it.

The generated PDF is a fillable form, but the form fields ( text and option fields ) are wrong positioned. So the option field is displayed in one position and the selected dot is placed in another position. Same with the text fields. Somebody knows what i'm doing wrong ?

Thx

Hello Josep,

If you can provide a sample word and the resulting pdf files that would help us get a better understanding of the situation.

Regards,
Stefan

Hi,

here the result pdf. You can see there what I mean with the different positions.

The extension doc or txt are not allowed here. How can I load it ?

Thx

Hi Josep,

To upload the Word document, please wrap it in a ZIP folder or RAR/7ZIP archive - we'll need both before we can really advise further.

Cheers,

Hi Josep,

You need to zip/rar any non pdf file and can then attach it.

As for the form itself - it seems like the graphical representation of the fields and the actual form field (which is invisible) are not exactly matching their positions. Please try changing (and increasing) some DPI settings and see if that will help.

Regards,
Stefan

Hi Josep,

Thanks for sending that - the issue here definintely seems to occur during creation of the document, as Adobe displays the form the same as the Editor.

You are using an older build of the driver/add-in, so please try downloading and running the following installer to update to the latest build and see if that helps:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDFX5SA.zip

Failing that, please try the DPI suggestion that Stefan made, which can be found under Settings --> Paper --> Resolution in the Office Add-in settings.

Cheers,

With Version 5 the problem is solved, thanks for the information and patience.
