PDFXChange 2012 IE Plugin not compatible with IE's enhanced

Hello All,

We deployed PDF XChange 2012 Pro just over a month ago. In the last 36 hours I was getting users reporting that they were getting an error when opening IE that stated: PDFXChange 2012 IE Plugin from Tracker Software Products (Canada) Ltd' isn't compatible with Internet Explorer's enhanced security features and has been disabled.....I got the same message this morning.

When I go into Manage Add-Ons it doesn't give me the option to enable it. It is just listed as incompatible. I am able to replicate this every time I open IE. I have also attached screen shots detailing this.

Any help would be much appreciated as I need to resolve this ASAP!

Thanks,

Tucker

Disregard....Found the the Enhanced Protected Mode in IE got turned on through a GPO which blocked it. It is under Internet Options>Advanced>Security section and uncheck the box for Enable Enhanced Protected Mode (locally). Gotta go find the GPO now....
