Hello,

I purchased PDFTools V6 and regularly installed the apps on Windows 10 pro 64 bit. Now, PDF-XChange Lite v6 does not work properly: when I try to print something, I get the following error message "Could not create temporary file "...". Access denied. Printing may fail". Tipically the printing process ends more or less regularly after this message, but not always. Does anybody have a clue on how to solve this issue? Thanks a lot in advance!

Did you customize your TEMP directory location?
Please run System Information utility (msinfo32.exe), select Software Environment->Environment Variables, then export the selected content to a file (File->Export...).
Send us the file.

There's no attachment to your last post. Please note that you can only upload .pdf/.zip/.rar or .7z files, and if yours is in any other format - you need to put it in an archive first. Also there's a limit of 5MB per file, so if your file is larger - please upload it somewhere and post the link so that we can download it directly.
