Hello,

actually i'm working on a document management system ALFRESCo to consult old newspaper article. The old articles
was scanned as JPG/PDF. But for my work i need text research, so i do re-scan all articles. Actually the are more than 6000 articles to re-scan.
So i have buyed PDF tool to batch my work, it works verry good. But... only for files directly accessible. I it possible to ocrised all files in one shot.
I mean all files, il all subfolders. While actualy i can ocred only folder by folder.

Thank you for the post. This is possible when you choose the "Show extended dialogue for files selecting" in the OCR pages tool properties:



In the extended dialogue, you can choose "Add Folders" from the drop-down menu:



When you select a folder, you will be asked if you would also like to include sub-folders:

Yess i have find this options.

Many thx...but...the programme crashed every time when i use less than 100 files.But i don't now why... there is no output message or crash report

Does this crash always happen at the same % done? (e.g. my thought is that this might be caused by one particular file), or does it happen at any moment?
You said "less" than 100 files - does it work properly with more files and crash with fewer?

It's crashing between 36% and 60%. I don't looke the screen every minute, i'm working otherwhile;)
When i chose less than 100 files everitime the pdf-tool works like a charm. But when i chose more than 100 (150) i have chance of two, the tool is crashing.

When i chose less than 100 files everitime the pdf-tool works like a charm. But when i chose more than 100 (150) i have chance of two, the tool is crashing.

Ok, thats little bad/good news for me. While for the next week i have Ocr-ed 7000 files(2015) . So il must make this verry slowly. But for 2017 that wil be fast. So thats a good news for me
