Adding Bookmarks

Is the add Bookmark feature not enabled yet? It seems to be always grayed out (I am using build 17)

Yes that is correct - this is not yet complete.
If posting files to this forum - you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded - thank you.

a alternative solution for bookmark, can we name the highlight ( comment). it's working the same as bookmark function!?

No, Bookmarks is bookmarks (a tree of actions (as usual = go to actions)), and has no relations to comments.
