I have some small tweaks to suggest:

A) English US: View/Toolbars/Lock All Toolbars
FR(Standard): ...Vérouiller toutes les barres-d'outils
[spelling: Verrouiller]
[hyphen is inconsistent, elsewhere is just barres d'outils]

B) English US: View/Toolbars/Lock All Tool-Panes
FR(Standard): ...Vérrouiller toutes les barres d'outils
[perhaps better: Verrouiller tous les panneaux]

C) Both menu items A & B need translation in FR(Switzerland)

Thanks for the post - I will forward that on to our French translator.

Most translations are provided by our users on a voluntary basis. the FR-France translations are provided by one of our own staff, as he speaks French fluently. Unfortunately we cannot translate/correct translations for Swiss French as we have no employees that speak it.
