'Edit' not available

Hello,
I'm not playing with a full deck here -'Edit' has disappeared from its usual perch between 'File' and 'View' and I can't seem to find way to get it back?!

Hello MJN,
When you right click the toolbar area - is there a checkbox in front of "Content Editing" in the drop down menu that appears?

I understand that the "Edit"-entry has disappeared from the Menu-toolbar.
To resolve this:
- right click whatever toolbar,
- click Customize toolbars,
- in the Customize Toolbars dialog box, in the Toolbars-tab, click on the line with "Menu"
- click the Reset button at the bottom right of the dialog box
- click Yes to confirm
- click Close

Sorry for the late reply -don't you usually get a 'topic approved'-mail notification?
