Hi

I am experiencing the attached error message whenever I leave an open PDF document unattended for more than 15 minutes.

I mainly use the measurement tools if that helps towards why I am receiving these errors?

Once the error pops up I have two choices to either Reopen or Ok, both quit the PDF and I lose all measurements/annotations.

Can anyone please help?

thanks for the post and report. Am I safe to assume that y:\ is a mapped drive? Is it on your local network or connected off site via a VPN or other form of tunnel?

Thanks for getting back to me, it is mapped and connected off site via a VPN or other form of tunnel.

Our IT department is struggling to resolve the issue, is there anything I could do to point them in the right direction?

Thanks for the post - Please first make sure that you're using the latest release of the Viewer:

If that doesn't help, I'd strongly recommend that you try the Editor as it has replaced the Viewer and the Viewer is no longer supported:
