Hi folks,

whenever I try to download the most recent version the Tracker Updater suggests me to, I encounter the following error:

Verbinde zu Server https://www.pdf-xchange.com...
Erfolgreich verbunden.
Hole Datei: EditorV6.x64.msi...
Fehler beim Herunterladen der Datei 'EditorV6.x64.msi'
Neue Versionen wurden nicht heruntergeladen

This means that there was an error during download of EditorV6.x64.msi and that new versions have NOT been downloaded.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to our forums and thanks for your post!
Can you please go to Help -> About and check which is the build you currently have installed on your machine?
There were some older builds that had some issues with the updater, so it might be easiest if you just download the latest installation package from here:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/downloads
And install it manually, and from here on the update tool should work correctly!

The version is 6.0 (Build 321.0)

I will obtain the latest version from the URL you advised and install it manually.
