Highlighted word with wrong colors - de-highlight all words with 1 click?

Post by pdf-anna »

i opened multiple documents.

i searched for multiple words (OR), so each word was marked.

i highlighted all of them with yellow.

but it should have been red.

if i mark red over yellow, i looks confusing.

can i somehow de-highlight these words? or mark them so that i can press DEL on my keyboard to delete all the words.

Via the View-ribbon > Panes, active the Comments pane.
Also via the View-ribbon > Panes, activate the Properties pane.

After clicking the "Options"-button on top of the Comments pane, you can click "Expand All", followed by "Group by" > Group By Type

Then, select all the Highlight comments, and in the Properties pane, change the Fill color from yellow to red.
