Drag to scroll
When using PDF XChange on my Intel ComputeStick, I was able to drag my finger across the touchscreen monitor to scroll left/right or up/down. The compute stick went bad, so I installed v9 on a computer. All the hand tool finger drag functions work in all other programs (including Acrobat Reader DC) except this v9. Am I missing a setting somewhere? I've tried both the Touch UI and the Mouse UI, Exclusive Mode on/off, Autoscroll works fine, but dragging the Hand tool with my finger only moves the screen millimeters at a time.

Is this s touchscreen or a touch pad?
What is the exact make and model of your device?

Re: Drag to scroll
This is an Acer UT220HQL touchscreen monitor connected to a Lenovo ThinkCentre desktop. All touch commands work in all apps excep horizontal scrolling in PDF XChange 9.2 build 359.0 .

Hello, thndracket
Thank you for the clarification. Would it be at all possible for you to record a video, showing what you are doing here, the effect in our Editor, and how it works in another app, like MS Word?
Kind regards,

Re: Drag to scroll
I have decided to consolidate computers, and so I have switched to an HP Envy desktop, and PDF Xchange works very well on it with the same monitor. So I don’t really need any help on this issue I don’t think but here is a video of the problem I was having...
Oh, apparently this forum doesn't accept mov or mp4 files. Maybe this link will work for a while...

Re: Drag to scroll
Thanks Philip,
if it is working on the other PC with the same Touch Screen then as you say, it is likely something was specific to that particular combination of hardware and software. If it happens on the new device we definitely want to know and we'll dig deeper.
So, I propose we do indeed as you suggested and let this one be until or unless it becomes a problem for you.
cheers
