Combine multiple PDF files into one PDF file

Post by ricklach »

How do I combine multiple PDF files into one file similar to adobe portfolio. I am trying to create a "collection" of documents that can be archived, searched, and indexed, etc., all in one or more PDF files. Can this be done? Is there a limit to the number of pages that can be associated with one PDF file?

Hello, ricklach

Portfolio files are not speciifc to Adobe, and we offer the same here. Simply open the Editor and click "File > New > PDF Portfolio" to get started.
While there is technically no limit to the number of pages in a file, ideally you do want to try and keep your files under 4GB in size, to ensure that older or less powerful software can handle them without too much difficulty.
