Hi,

we have a server setup for PDF XChange. Customer has blocked pretty much everything so we are in need to get a url to whitelist so we get additional languages to the servers installed.

Appreciate the help!

Hello pleino,

I do not have the links at hand at this moment, however you can download the necessary languages on a non restricted machine, and then copy the whole of ABBYY/Tesseract folders located here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Tracker Software\Common
And this should distribute all the languages to other users as well.

Thanks for the reply. This has actually been the workaround for this, however if possible we would rather have an specific address space or namespace to whitelist

Hi, we have allowed the suggested, but we are still receiving the following error as shown in the attachment. We are able to for example open browser and see tracker-software.com pages.

Just to be sure, is Port 443 available on this firewall? That is what we use for normal Https calls like this one, and so if you are initiating the request, you should be able to get a response that way.

If you cannot, I am afraid that there is little more I can offer, beyond this port and the web address Vasyl mentioned, there shouldn't be anything more happening on our end.

We have whitelisted the traffic with *tracker-software.com in Azure, but as mentioned it's the updater is not working, but the site is loading. However after running some wireshark in the server, I found about this ip address that is tied to the tracker-software.com : 92.204.133.184 we are implementing this to the whitelist to see if this has any effect.
