How to extract data from specific area of PDF multiple files to excel or text file.

Welcome to our forums.
I am afraid that you can't really do only zonal text extraction directly.
A way I can think of this might be automated with PDF Tools would be to e.g. Crop all the pages of all your files to only the area you want to extract text from, and make sure that when cropping you remove all the content outside of the crop area, and then export the now cropped files to Excel - it would export only the content from the newly cropped files.
