Distance Tool displaying incorrect number.

Distance tool does not match labeled distance within PDF.

Calibration for a custom scale was used and the distance tool still displays an incorrect number from what is displayed in the pdf.

thanks for this report. Can you send us the PDF in question as well as your settings after exporting them to file please?

You can export your settings to file via Feil, then Manage Settings:

Is there another way to send this xces file type. It is not allowing me to upload it.

my apologies, I didn't get back to yo on this. I am seeing the behaviour only with your file. The settings seem to have no impact. If I do the same on a different file the two reported distances do match, even with your settings, so I am asking the devs to take a look today.

I suspect it is related to the document being more than 300 inches across. We will see what the devs say.

the devs have confirmed this is a bug and we will squash it. There is an associated ticket for this, and while for internal use only, referring to RT#6823: Editor :: Measurement Tool inconsistency on documents >300 inches

The problem happened because for the page UserUnit (like an addition per page scale) is specified.
In most PDFs these feature is not used.

We fixed the issue, and the fix will be included in the next build.
