Remover realces com um só comando

Post by Eritonio »

Hello, Eritonio

Our forums are primarily in English, I hope this is okay.

Unfortunately, removing highlights is a mostly manual process. The highlights do not correlate directly to the text below them, only the position on the page, so it is not possible to find only the "portion" or the highlight over these words, or even only the highlights which happen to be near one such word. You will need to manually select the highlights in question (ctrl+click for multi-select), and then push the delete key.

Hello, Eritonio

Unfortunately there is no faster way (that I know of) other than selecting all highlights in the entire document, and removing all of them. That could be done from the comments pane (Ctrl+M), but it would remove all of them, not just the ones overlapping the word you had in mind.

Do also note that it is not possible to remove a "section" of a highlight. If you have a highlight across the entire sentence which contains the word "test", the whole thing will be removed, it will not split into 2 separate highlights.
