It’s a well thought out product

I have been using the free version for about 2 years. After thoroughly testing the product I decided to purchase the paid version due to wanting to use more and more advanced features. In particular creating fillable forms is a huge benefit to my small company. Very easy to use and the printer lite included with the package to enable directly printing to a PDF is way better than the free microsoft version. One aspect I would like is the ability to sync settings and signatures etc to a cloud based server to enable streamlined initial setup when using a different pc.

I do not have any remarks.

Viel kann ich noch nicht sagen. Jedoch viel schneller als das Produkt der Konkurrenz. Kaufablauf war schnell und Reibungslos! Das speichern finde ich etwas umständlich. Hier würde ich mir den Rechtsklick auf dem Dokument, dann speichern unter wünschen statt über Datei gehen zu müssen.

Great program for all my office pdf requirements. Highly recommend this program.

Versatile for reading old books and taking notes. It automatically remembers where I left off last time I was reading that file, which is very handy.

During my studies I work a lot with PDF files, filling out forms in PDF files, creating new ones and I need to modify the received documents, protect them from change, sign, and much more. The purchased program fully meets my requests. I am very pleased with her. It has already saved me a lot of time and nerves. I do not use it for long, I have not found any shortcomings.

A very well designed alternative to the very expensive Adobe software

Generally I like it, it is complete and the price respect to Adobe (for a private use) is much more acceptable. I would like: - A parameter in the configuration for activate/deactivate "Save as Optimized" as preferred for directly save a (scanned) document - A scanning and OCR after scanning less tricky/slow (respect to Adobe) - To be able to change color in typewriter mode

Use PDF-XChange at work, and decided I liked it better than Acrobat, so I obtained a license for home usage. I do wish that it could contain a list of text based watermarks, as I use several.

I like it very much . As a Quantity Surveyor I find it very useful for measure drawings (Architects , Structural Engineers ) etc . I am giving it 5 stars as it is far better than more expensive packages. One thing I have to do as a QS , is measure cut and fill excavations on building sites. I am fairly new to XChange Editor , so you may already have this facility - but it would be great if you could mark / allocate X and Y co-ordinates on to the existing levels on 2 seperate drawings ( eg one drawing has existing levels, the other has finished levels) and then import them into a spreadsheet ?

Since buying your product I have spent some time learning how to get the most out of it. I used an old version of the free PDF reader and found it very good. I finally decided to upgrade to the modern full program. It justified the cost straight away, fast to open documents, easy to create documents just the way I want them. Every day I find a new functionality that enhances its utility. The manual is extremely useful ( still working my way through it) . The only thing that I should have done is purchase the extra add on so that I could use some of the extra form functionality. I don't know whether this will affect me yet as I don't need the form generation yet. Thanks for a great program.

It is very full functioned at the "comment column" of the PDF-XChange Editor. Every functions that I need (type, mark, highlight, copy, paste, record sound) can be used and can be saved as file freely without a watermark. (PDF-XChange Editor Version 8.0 build 341.0 portable Aug 12 2020; 14:37:41)

This is the fasted PDF editor I have used with great features. It is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

First, allow me to make a list of my dislikes: That list does not exist. Now for my list of likes: 1. PDFs load fast. 2. Adding text (using the "Add Text" menu) is terrific. The placement of the text is accurate and easy to move where you want it in the document. 3. The "Flatten" command is easily accessible and can be applied quickly, especially before saving the document. 4. I do a lot of piano music score editing. The essential movement of pages (deleting a page, extracting a page, pasting a page into a new position) is smooth and easy. I could go on, but I have not found one deal breaker with purchasing and using PDF-XChange Editor. Give it a try and within a week you will be using it exclusively.
