Jsem velmi spokojen s tím, že umí otáčet a ořezávat PDF dokumenty. Jen mne trochu mrzí, že i když označím/zatrhnu v dialogovém okně Ořezu "Odstranit obsah vně ořezového rámečku", musím pak u každého výkresuještě ručně "Odstranit oříznutý obsah". I am very satisfied that it can rotate and crop PDF documents. I'm just a little sorry that even if I select / check "Delete content outside the clipping box" in the Crop dialog box, I still have to manually "Delete cropped content" for each drawing.

I stopped using Acrobat Pro.

Two features that weren't available in the previous version I had and I have now are: - The comments font type, size, etc. can be selected and it will remain. In my previous software version I had to select the font every single time I started the program and wante to typewrite a comment; - The comments can now be easily displayed in a list and either being checked one by one or deleted all at once. Extremely handy when you want to share a pdf you've made comments on but you don't want to share those for multiple reasons. It wasn't available on my previous version and it now is. Still trying to get used to the new disposition of the menu, I'm finding myself doing more clicks for the same job but I guess it's a matter of getting used to it. I haven't checked if I can configure the dashboard myself though, I just upgraded to the new version. That might be a good feature if not there yet. Congratulations for your product, I'm finding it extremely useful and I have actually recommended my previous version to some colleagues, therefore I will not hesitate in continuing doing so in the future as this new one has improved substantially, in my opinion. Perhaps (just thinking), it could be an additional improvement if the outlook email account could be configured so the pdf can be emailed to someone by just clicking on the typical envelope icon which opens an email with the file in it (after a warning message to save the file so the latest changes are included?) so you just need to write the recipient's email address? Not that I do it all the time but when you open several (sometimes too many) files, generally drawings, etc. trying to find which one is the right one you need to email to someone, it would make it easier once you've found it just click on the email icon and send it straight through (preferably after checking it has no comments on it, etc.). I can't think of any other feature at the moment, I remember having some headaches when trying to change the text in a pdf by using Adobe Creator but I haven't tried with this one yet. Best regards

Well overall I'm satisfied with your software, however I was not able to find a place were I can be able to change the font or size of the text. I do not know if you have that future if not please add it and if you do have it please contact me so we can see where it is. THank you Sincerely Alex Seropian

PDF-Xchange editor plus is the most practical program for writing and editing pdf files. Easy to use, intuitive. The best.

Affordability was the main draw for me. But I like the way it's laid out. I don't do a lot of editing but enough to need this program. I would recommend it to others for editing text, what I use it for.

I found it a very easy program to use with many features. I like the Xchange light printer, with the increasing number of accounts, that are paid on line, using Xchange light printing PDF to file, saves ink and paper. Recently I have started to scan many of my old documents and memorabilia to PDF format. some of the old documents have wear marks fold marks etc. Has "PDF Tools" an erase feature for removing blemishes. thank you John

I am happy to write a review, because I am totally enthusiastic about PDF-XChange. I work as a proofreader and editor and have been using the program for many years. I have been working with the PDF format since about 1993 and until recently I thought there was no way around Adobe Acrobat (Standard and Pro). But as it turned out while working with PDF-XChange, it offers the following advantages over the top dog Acrobat: - it is much clearer and more intuitive to use, - the comment function is more sophisticated, - Stamps can be imported in batch mode (important for loading standardized correction signs), - I can access all functions from outside by using macro programs like MacroExpress (works with Acrobat only to a certain degree), - it is cheaper than Acrobat, - it is possible to convince other people to buy the program, among other things because of the low costs. This ensures that everyone involved in a project works with a professional program and not just a Reader. The current version of PDF-XChange has caught up with Acrobat in three essential points: - All commentary tools that Acrobat offers are now available. - Files can be saved in an optimized, i.e. compressed version. This is one of the first measures to be taken for PDF files coming from graphic designers, because for commenting (i.e. adding correction notes), a print-ready PDF file in high resolution is not required, but one with the lowest possible resolution. Being able to reduce the resolution and thus the file size makes you independent of the creator and thus increases effectiveness. - Pages can now be enlarged directly. This is a crucial point for making it easier to add correction comments. For example, you no longer have to print in A3 format and then use the OCR function to have enough space to add comments. This means that direct page magnification also helps to increase efficiency. PDF-XChange is the ideal PDF program for my profession. It not only offers all the essential functions, but is 100% compatible with Acrobat. Especially in terms of compatibility, some other PDF programs that have a similarly good commentary function fail. Without compatibility, however, no professional data exchange is possible.

PDF-XChange Editor is the best

Pros: It is a light yet feature-full software. Incredibly useful and, once sufficiently familiarized with the software, it is easy to use. Cons: Coming from Adobe Pro, it took a while to get used to the Pdf Xchange layout.

PDF-XChange Editor is the best PDF reader/editor I ever tried along 30 years of work in IT. It has a PLENTY of features (useful features), a customizable user interface, a great PDF standard compatibility, it's simple to use and works flawlessly with any pdf document. Same goes for the dev and support team: capable, reactive, organized. The website also well structured. You can't give less than 5 stars to this product and to the team.

I'm really satisfied with PDF-XCHANGE Editor. It has been a game-changer in the way I manipulate my PDF. Much faster and comfortable to use than the other ones I have used. Two things I would like to be added in the software: 1) the ability to navigate to an exact place in the scrollbar by right-clicking it with the mouse (there is already a ticket opened for it #5303) 2) 2.1) A way to show/hide the scrollbar without having to go full-screen mode or 2.2) A way to change the location of the scrollbar (i know there is already a ticket opened for it that concern the 2.1) - #5223) either way, I'm very happy with my purchase and the support has been really attentive to me. My pre-purchase support questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion by your staff and helped me confidently purchase your software. The program has exceeded my expectations! So far I guess that I've used the more basic functions & all is good. I'll explore additional features as the need arises. I'm still "feeling" my way around the program and when I can't seem to locate the information/direction from the support documentation, my support tickets have been responded to in a timely fashion (very refreshing!). The program loads faster than any other PDF program that I have used. I think that the online manual is slightly out of sync with the actual version I'm working with and maybe that has been resulting in my need for technical support. I like to think that I'm somewhat of a techie as I generally can find my way around without needing to enlist the support staff. Speaking of the support staff, they have been unbelievable! I've posted support requests at very late hours and when I wake up in the morning the answer is sitting in my inbox. One last comment, I'm not 100% clear on what the add-on purchase in my "cart" entitles me to and if that is ultimately a renewable option ( I think I purchased the 3 year option). If it is renewable should I expect some sort of notification from yourselves. Thanks for making my life interacting with PDF'S a lot less stressful. Jeff
