I have PDF Xchange Pro V6 and PDF Tools V6. Where is the documentation for PDF Tools V6, I have looked everywhere. I am currently using the documentation for V4 but there are a few differences. Also Make it easy to find documentation. If you don't search the web high and low you won't find what you need.
This is a powerful but easy-to-use pdf viewer and editor. There are frequent revision. I would give it 5 stars except for a small but very annoying bug, and one very useful missing feature.
The bug: if you're only using the keyboard and switch to anther application, and then back again - the pdfEditor loses focus and you have to reach for your mouse to click it to give it focus. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
The missing feature: I have a very large screen and like to have 2 side-by-side applications open. But there is no way to view your pdf document in full-screen mode in this way - full-screen mode uses the whole monitor. There should be a command that removes all menus and toolbars but keeps the same window size and position. In their previous product (Pdf-viewer) you could do this.
Dear Tracker Software,
I wanted to share with you about my experience with your software.
I had purchased the PDF-XChange Viewer Version 2.046 software back in 2008 and I was so pleased with it that I kept using it without purchasing the upgrades as they became available because the software absolutely rocks!!
I had just recently purchased the PDF-XChange Editor Version 5.5 and ... geeeeez oh man!! .... did I wish I had kept up with the upgrades!!
This software extremely rocks!!! You guys are fricken awesome!!
I show all my friends the functionality of the product and they're amazed too.
Just thought I would share my satisfaction with you guys.
I am a Chartered Accountant in public practice, and this is my go to PDF editor. I've used it for years now, and it turns out many of the public accounting firms are FINALLY moving away from the bloated and antiquated Adobe products. I've never had an issue with cross compatibility, and the mark up tools and options are exactly what I need.
