At any time the person you need could be in any one of these locations - e-mail is directly routed to the individual best placed to answer your communication - it could be that the office you call is not staffed at a particular moment in time and the individual is in any one of these alternate locations - but e-mail (or our support forums) are constantly monitored. In point of truth operating this way we have staff able to respond more hours per week than most IT companies you will encounter and attempt to respond to all contact very, very quickly !
