I have a problem with changes I make to my PDF documents not being visible after I saving the file.

Knowledge Base Article: KB30 - Created On: May 25, 2009 04:54 PM - Last Modified: May 2, 2012 06:23 AM

Problem:

I made changes to my PDF document using the PDF-XChange Viewer, save the file, but the changes I made aren't on the saved document.  Why not?

Resolution:

The default setting fro PDF-XChange Viewer is to save the original document only, not the markup and changes made.  To include your markup in the saved file do the following from within PDF-XChange Viewer:

File > Print > Print Options > Print:Document and Markup [Drop down Menu]
