December 30th, 2020 Our Website will be under going essential upgrades & maintenance - we apologise for any delays.

We would like to advise all our International and European clients that on Wednesday, Dec 30th our Main Website will be periodically offline,  undergoing essential upgrades.

This may take 3 - 4 hours to complete during which time we regret there will be no way to make purchases or access your user or reseller portals.

Tuesday, November 17th Website down due to webhosting provider service disruption. Online Help Site & Support Forums have been restored

Tuesday, November 17th 9:30 pm (PDT)

At 7:14 pm (PDT) our main website was offline for approx. 50 minutes due to a Webhosting Provider service outage interrupting our main website, sales and customer portals.

Our PDF-XChange Help Site (including online manuals) and Online Support Forums, are still unavailable due to this disruption in service.

They are working to resolve the issue and we ask for your patience at this time, support servers will be restored as soon as the service is back up.

Purchases through our online store will still be delivering order emails with license information, as well as our customer & reseller portals but our Online Support Resources are currently offline.

Product and Sales support will still be available by email (support@tracker-software.com and sales@tracker-software.com) during this outage.

Wednesday, Nov 11th, our Canadian Office will be Closed for a Statutory Holiday - Remembrance Day

We would like to advise all our clients that on Wednesday, November 11th our Canadian Office will be Closed for the Remembrance Day statutory holiday. 

A small Skeleton staff will be available for essential support issues and we will open again for business as usual on Thursday, Nov 12th

Our European office will be open for normal hours.

Tuesday, September 29, 2020 Share-It payment processor maintenance scheduled, order delivery delays expected.

Due to scheduled maintenance Tracker Software's main credit card payment processor could potentially see delays in order delivery for approx 4 hrs 4 AM to 8 AM CDT/ 11 AM to 3 PM CEST on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.

The Share-IT system will continue to take orders during the planned maintenance, but there may be temporary delays in customer fulfillment/order confirmation emails.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For VISA and Mastercard payments customers can still use the second pay by credit card option processed by PayPal (no account required), with no delays in delivery.

PDF-XChange Co Ltd and Tracker Software Products (Canada) Ltd announce all products removed from sale in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

As of Tomorrow, April 24th, 2020 - Tracker Software Products (Canada) Ltd & PDF-XChange Co Ltd -  will cease all sales and support of our range of PDF-XChange Editing and Manipulation software to Mainland China and Hong Kong or sold to Chinese Companies or users in these locations.

Our products (both free and paid for) are used by several 100's millions of users around the world - either in our own end user software applications or via being embedded in publisher's Software Products and used indirectly.

All new sales to users on/in Mainland China and Hong Kong will therefore cease and no longer be available.

We will not change this policy unless the manner in which China and its governing regime interacts with the rest of world in every regard is done in a more open and globally responsible manner.
